Ten years ago he pivoted to television, where he has since produced more than 200 cast recording for shows like Nashville, Tell Me a Story and Big Sky. Here, Tim turns reflective, discussing how he stays motivated and what has kept him sane through the ups and downs of his storied career, now in its 4th decade.
